Massimo founded KNET Project (part of KNET Group), a management consulting company specialising in M&A, Turnaround and Business Transformation, in 2011.
Massimo works with his team of diverse and passionate professionals alongside local and international organisations in the broad Industrial Goods and Services space.

Heber
Caramagna
Over the past 16 years Heber has played a fundamental role in some of the most widely publicised Corporate Restructuring Advisory. He joined KNET Project in 2014 where he has consolidated his experience in generational change, family businesses, turnaround management and business transformation.
He is prolific in his editorial activity and as well as a keynote speaker in a wide number of conferences and seminars on corporate finance.
Alberto
Fabiani
Alberto Fabiani joined Knet Project in 2020. He has thirty years of experience in the banking sector, covering roles of increasing responsibility related to the world of financial analysis, structured finance, Asset Management and assistance in the listing processes of SMEs, and in leading boutiques of financial advice.
He specializes in the origination and management of transactions, including cross-border, M&A and strategic business consulting.
Stefania
Gaggini
Stefania joined KNET Project in 2019 as a senior financial analyst, supporting the M&A directors and business managers in the development of national and international advisory projects.
She has a BA double major in International Banking and Finance and International Economics from Franklin University Switzerland and a Master of Science in International Management from Franklin University Switzerland.
Chloé
Mackin
Chloe joined KNET Project in 2019 and works closely with the business units to ensure a streamline customer experience, tailor the brand, craft useful and interesting information for customers using the expertise and experience within the company.
After many years working in traditional marketing, her expertise gradually moved into the digital world and she particularly enjoys the world of Inbound Marketing.
Roberta
Caruana
Roberta joined the Knet team in 2020 as part of the sales and marketing department, with the aim of generating new business opportunities.
She is especially talented when it comes to lead nurturing, scouting, company profiling and first contact touch points, also she supports us with our customer focus, building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
We love working with talented individuals, supporting them in their professional growth through constant training and participation in international teams and helping them to reach their full potential.
If possible, we prefer our candidates to have some experience in strategic consulting and Corporate Finance.
