4) By virtue of the use of the HubSpot management software for the organization of data relating to the Controller’s business contacts, your data could be transferred abroad, in the manner and with the guarantees indicated in point 11 of the document downloadable at the following link : https://legal.hubspot.com/dpa

5) Your personal data will be kept for 10 years, as required by current accounting and tax legislation.
Furthermore, your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes (sending communications and profiles of candidate persons in line with the research you have carried out to date) until you notify us of your desire not to receive further communications.

6) You have the right at any time to ask the data controller to access your personal data, to correct or cancel them or to limit their processing. To exercise this right, you must submit a written request to the holder through one of the contact channels indicated

11) If they have not been provided directly by you, the data have been acquired by the owner through the structure where you work.

Supplier information

• Companies, consultants and freelancers, also in associated form, with regard to the management of the IT infrastructure of the Owner and the provision of e-mail services.

If you are a freelancer, your data may be disclosed to the Revenue Agency
The list of subjects indicated as data processing managers is available upon request to be sent via the contact channels referred to in point 1)

4) your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or to international organizations

5) your personal data will be kept as long as it is of mutual interest to maintain commercial relations and, if you are a freelancer, the retention treatment will last until the tenth year following the payment of your last invoice.

6) You have the right at any time to ask the data controller to access your personal data, to correct or cancel them or to limit their processing. To exercise this right, you must submit an application to the owner through one of the contact channels indicated

7) in case of violation of your rights or incorrect treatment by us of your personal data, you have the right to contact the Privacy Guarantor, which operates as the supervisory authority for the Italian territory

8) the communication of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion of the contract, so failure to communicate such data makes it impossible to proceed with the business relationship

9) your personal data will not be subject to processing based on an automated decision-making process

If you are a freelancer, we will also process the following data:
• Tax code and VAT
• activities carried out / assets sold
• remuneration accrued and paid
• IBAN for the payment of the fees

11) if they have not been provided directly by you, the data have been acquired by the owner directly from the facility where you work
